Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports for Boutique Management team
• Follow-up on all communications correspondence between boutique and office
• Liaise with Retail Office in monthly activities, training arrangements and monthly roster submission and approval
• Monitor attendance record of boutique staff and report to Retail Office upon any leave application
• Record monthly overtime records from boutique team and update compensation off record on monthly basis
• Follow-up on uniform ordering and fitting arrangement
• Responsible for POS and boutique printing matters ordering and monitor the consumption and inventory
• Liaise with external vendors on boutique maintenance
• Responsible for boutique expenditure booking and record
• Liaise with mall management for any boutique daily operation issue
• Support and be participate in boutique daily operations and other ad hoc activities

Requirements:

• Form 7 Graduate with 2 years related experience
• Possess a strong caliber in communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
• Fast learner and good team player
• Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
