Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the full range of financial and accounting functions of PRC property management independently.
• Maintain a strong financial and accounting system to provide comprehensive, timely and accurate financial information.
• Provide financial reports and statements timely in compliance with the relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses and interpret statistical results and implications with comments and recommendation to the senior management.
• Review, formulate and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting operation.
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.

Requirements:

• Qualified professional in Accountancy (ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent) with at least 5 years’ financial management experience in PRC real estate management or development.
• In-depth knowledge in PRC accounting standards and practice, tax laws and regulations.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is desirable.
• Detail-oriented, independent, good analytical and report writing skills.
• Occasional travel to PRC may be required.
