Main Duties

• Managing the overall line maintenance operation with the shift you are in charge of to ensure the provision of timely, effective and quality services to customers
• Deployment of manpower, equipment and technical support, and control of worksheets
• Ensuring the line maintenance operation confirming with established procedures and policies
• Keep abreast of the obligations of Maintenance Organizations under the requirements specified by different regulatory authorities from time to time
• Optimizing the operation efficiency
• Administering staff related issues and disciplinary problems
• Communicating with customer representatives for operation related issues and providing prompt solutions to customers for critical maintenance problems
• Giving clear work instruction and guidance to the operation team
• Ensuring all ground support equipment, tools and vehicles are in serviceable condition
• Enforcing the safety requirements and service requirements as specified by the customers, regulatory authorities and the Company from time to time
• Fostering a cooperative and respectful working culture in the department

Requirements

• At least 10 years’ experience in aircraft line maintenance in which 3 years’ in management level
• Holder of HKAR66 license is of advantage, but not a must; and other aircraft maintenance license will also be considered
• Valid HK Driving License 1 and 2
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind with sound organization and presentation skills
• Pro-active and positive attitude
