Major Responsibilities:

• Handle basic account bookkeeping and reporting
• Provide daily sales operation and office administration support
• Issue quotation, invoicing and cheque payment
• Stock control and logistic coordination with merchant partners
• Generate monthly sales report and campaign update with merchant partners

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, strong passion in Marketing and Business Management
• With 2-5 years of working experience
• LCCI Certificate Level or above
• Good in MYOB application
• A good team player: able to balance the need of daily operations with business strategies for short and long term benefits.
• Must be well organized, flexible, self-motivated, and dependable to meet multiple deadlines and ensure timely completion of work.
• Have good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills to work cooperatively and effectively with all levels of employees and to express ideas clearly and confidently.
• Flexible to respond to changing work priorities, with an attention to details.
• Good presentation skills, people management skills and leadership skills
• Assertive, independent and able to work under tight deadlines
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (and ideally Mandarin too).
