• Review drawings and specifications to ensure they adhere to standards and are accurate
• Maintain project schedules
• Coordinate, monitor and report on designs
• Monitor onsite progress of workmanship and use of materials
• Maintain and implement quality control policies for all installations, including developing guidelines, handbooks and manuals
• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements and specifications
• Degree or higher diploma in architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience commensurate with job title and related responsibilities, preferably with work experience at a major hotel in the hospitality industry
• Knowledgeable in Macau codes and ordinances and familiar with the IBC 2016 code
