Job Requirements:

• 8 years working experience in restaurant industry, at least 5 year experiences as in the head chef level.
• Prepare food as per menu and according to the recipes.
• Ability to lead the team to implement food production to achieve high standard of food quality.
• Able to create and implement new menu or weekly special on a regular basis, ideas for food promotions or events.
• Previous experience of handling events and functions will be an advantage.
• A high level of knowledge in food and hygiene standard.
• Responsible, patience, a strong team player.
