Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle order processing and enquiries from internal or external parties
  • Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate monthly reports
  • Perform administrative support to the team including sales order data entry and document filing
  • Coordinate with logistics team for delivery arrangement
  • Handle goods return and credit note to customers

 

Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years sales administration experience
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Proficient in computer knowledge, including but not limited to MS Office
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill
  • Self-motivated and good team spirit
