Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle order processing and enquiries from internal or external parties
- Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate monthly reports
- Perform administrative support to the team including sales order data entry and document filing
- Coordinate with logistics team for delivery arrangement
- Handle goods return and credit note to customers
Requirements
- Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years sales administration experience
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Proficient in computer knowledge, including but not limited to MS Office
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill
- Self-motivated and good team spirit
