Job Responsibilities:

• Handle clients’ enquiries on account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service skills
• Assist in client account opening procedures and general administration duties
• Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments
• Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the superiors
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above with experience in account opening, client onboarding & KYC
• 2 years’ customer service experience preferably gained in financial industry
• Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC in relevant regulated activities
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills
• Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferred
