Our client is a well-known MNC Catering/ F&B/ Food Manufacturing/ Central Kitchen Group.  To copy with their business expansion, they are now looking for the talented APAC Assistant Manager, Operation/ Process Improvement/ Excellence to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a continuous improvement culture through effective root cause analysis and problem solving
• Provide effective leadership that results in the development of a motivated workforce, harmonious team spirit and minimise employment relations risks
• Ensure effective systems, structures and processes are established and maintained for monitoring and minimising resource usage and waste
• Ensure department quality targets are met to attain and maintain contractual, legal and company standards.
• Communicate and manage health and safety standards and procedures, promoting a proactive health and safety conscious culture

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business & Administration/ /Engineering or any related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Catering/ F&B/ Food Manufacturing/ Central Kitchen
• Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma or LEAN Methodology is preferred
• Good analytical, problem-solving communication and influencing skill
• High mobility within the Asia Pacific region is a must
• Immediate available is highly preferred
