Reporting to the Senior Manager (Contracts), the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Work independently and co-ordinate with the Project Manager, E&M Manager, Construction Manager, consultants and contractors for all project related activities.
• Be responsible for pre and post-contract quantity surveying works for property development.
• Manage and supervise Consultants and Contractors performance in costs and contractual aspects.
• Monitor contractor materials logistic and storage management controls.
• Audit contractor on-site good receives and delivery notes.
• Liaison and negotiate with building material suppliers.

 Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
• Membership of HKIS / RICS will be an advantage (or at “APC” Level).
• At least 3 - 5 years’ experience with contractor, consultant and developer.
• Strong motivation, pro-active and diligent.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
