Responsibilities :

• Draft and prepare the polices / procedures / workflow and operations manuals
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with such operation guidelines
• Review and consolidate customers' input for operations improvement, and formulate the findings into procedures/workflow
• Search for legal requirements and licensing application requirements in PRC, and prepare documents for license application
• Work with legal consultant to prepare and review contracts / agreements
• Assist business operations administration in our APPs and Website.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in Trading / Operations Administration
• Good communication, customer service skills, and able to perform multi-tasks under pressure
• Understanding of Chinese culture and China market are preferable
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
• Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
• Willing to travel to branch offices in Shenzhen
• Immediately available preferred
