The incumbent will be responsible for providing timely and accurate order taking task and administrative support to Sales Department.

Job Duties:

• Handle invoicing and data entry
• Communicate with customer and salesperson for taking sales order
• Provide sales administrative support to salesperson
• Support office administrative duties
• Handle ad hoc duties if necessary

The ideal candidate should be :

• Form 5 or above
• With 1-2 relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office software application and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills and a good team player
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibilities and able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
• 5.5 days working week with alternative Saturday
