Job Responsibilities:

l   Assist Senior Accountant in AP functions;

l   Schedule payment;

l   Prepare & process payment;

l   Ensure data are accurately entered into System;

l   Assist in other ad hoc assignments.

 

Job Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma in accounting or above;

l   At least 2 years working experience in accounting field;

l   Good command in English & Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua);

l   Good PC Skill in MS Office (Word, Excel), Oracle & web banking;

l   Good communication skills;

l   Detail minded and able to work under pressure and independently;

l  Immediate available is preferred.

Our office is located in Fo Tan. We offer 5-day work, bank holidays and medical insurance.
