About the Role:

• Research and understand different customer segment interest to develop appropriate proposition strategy
• Define customer journey and behavior to uplift customer experience across channels
• Identify business opportunity for innovative product development
• Partner with channels to develop strategy to enhance growth, cross sell and retention
• Develop and maintain customer intelligence, market and competitor analysis to provide business insight

About You:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years experience in marketing or product related experience;

• Demonstrated experience in proposition development, ideally in banking, insurance, financial services or consumer product industry;
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with ability to analyze business opportunity;
• Strong analytical abilities and creative energy; and
• A good team player, ability to be self-driven, show initiative and motivate others
