Sol Passion Music is a Hong Kong based Music Company that focuses on creating a premium platform in Asia for both learning & teaching electronic music production and performance. The company has expanded recently with a DJ Booking Agency, an Online Store, & Event Management. In the near future Artist Management & a Record Label will be established.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Responsible for the running of day-to-day Sales & Marketing tasks as well as providing valuable input into overall Company strategy & planning.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Co-ordinating Sales enquires via email/telephone/walk-ins
• Co-ordinating teaching facilities availability with instructors/students
• Co-ordinate and administer online media e.g. Facebook, twitter, instragram, EDMs, website
• Co-ordinate and administer online store e.g. Product advertising, Customer Orders, Logistics of Distribution, Stock levels, Purchase Orders.
• Manage marketing material, online content, print content and graphic design creation & distribution for gigs, events, workshops, courses & the online store working closely with the creative director and graphic design department.
• Research local music scene, attend events and provide insights during strategy meetings
• Help Co-ordinate the setting up of gigs, events, workshops, and courses
• Maintain & Co-ordinate the company calendars – Business Meetings, Events, Courses, Workshops, Gigs, etc
• Be actively involved in business strategy & planning

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• English Native Speaking
• Cantonese Language speaking and written (Advance or Native), Mandarin desired but not essential.

ADDITION CONSIDERATIONS

• Experience with social media marketing & online advertising
• Excellent online research skills
• Marketing qualifications and/or creative background
• Experience in event co-ordination
• Experience in website CMS (wordpress)
• Experience in E-commerce (woocommerce)
• Experience with Photoshop &/or Illustrator

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Cantonese and English (Mandarin desired but not essential) 
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power-point
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Methodically approach all tasks and follow through to completion.
• Honest and open communication with a flair for dealing with people.
• High standard of clarity in communication and a flexible approach to achieving outcomes.
• Aptitude for understanding computers and their operation, quick to learn new technology and take ownership of the technical tasks.
• Maintain an organised office environment that is clean and tidy.

MUST HAVE

• Perm HK ID or Working Visa
• Own Laptop

WORK LOCATION

• 11/F EIB Tower, 4-6 Morrison Hill Rd, Wan Chai
• Available for travel though out Hong Kong Island and New Territories
• Available for possible international travel

• Monday to Friday – 11am to 7pm
