Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all duties in reception desk
• Attend all incoming calls, faxes, courier and mailing issues
• Manage conference rooms and other office facilities
• Provide clerical & admin. support to HR & Admin. Dept.
• Assist in handle full range of administrative duties, including daily attendance, stationery, office supplies & equipment, petty cash, etc
• Assist in all company events and activities
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in receptionist and clerical duties
• Proficiency in PC including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available or Short Notice is preferred
