Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of recruitment process, including selection and recruitment, orientation, performance appraisal management, exit-interview
• Work closely with line managers to provide professional advice on recruitment strategies/manpower planning for supporting business operations
• Manage candidate database and source effective recruitment channels
• Assist to review, update and develop various HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure in compliance with legal requirements
• Assist to evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and existing recruitment channels
• Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
• Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience in HR account servicing / recruitment
• Experienced in sizable companies / educational industry would be advantage
• Well versed with HK  Employment Ordinance and other regions labour legislation
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• A good team player with positive attitude and able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Candidate with more relevant recruitment experience would be considered as a Senior HR Officer
