Responsibilities:
 

• Review and make recommendations on simplification and streamlining of branch operations procedures
• Participate in special projects to ensure smooth system implementation of new products and services in co-ordination with IT and end user
• Conduct CIRQ for customers and perform related checking
• Support and advice on day-to-day operational issues and exceptions at branches
• Carry out contingency plan whenever emergency situation occurs at branches
• Review branch audit reports and recommend the follow-up actions for branches in order to achieve a satisfactory result
• Ensure the proper operation process is duly carried out via branch visit and coaching
• Branch Standard Procedure preparation and subsequent updating
• Prepare and conduct relevant training as required, including teller system training and services attitude training
• Carry out other assignments as directed by Head of Branch Operation Support & Control

Requirements:
 

• University graduate or above
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Service oriented with strong control mindset
• Good commend and problem solving skill
• Proficiency in English and mandarin
• PC knowledge
