Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To supervise, organize and plan building condition surveys and inspections of other structures
- Draft site reports for submission to Building Surveyors and Project Managers for further assessment
- To facilitate and deliver quality site services
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- MHKIE / MIStructE / MICE / RPE is preferred
- Good communication and management skill
- Able to work independently, under pressure, self-motivated and responsible
