Our client is a leading consultancy with over 70 years of experience and 30+ offices globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Candidates with fewer experience allocated to QS position.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Professional membership MHKIS + RPS (QS) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in QS works after attaining MHKIS
• Familiar with HK government working procedures and technical circulars for project execution
• Technical knowledge with Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Tendering and Evaluation, Contract Administration
  

Responsibilities:

• To supervise the project surveyors and project supporting team for delivering all of the below accountabilities
• To conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports
• To manage estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and present the final cost plan
• To manage the procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, BQ production, enquiry, analysis, selection and tender & contract preparation are performed effectively
• To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed
