Requirements:

• Degree or above in Fashion Design or related discipline
• Strong creativity with good fashion color sense and knowledge of seasonal trends, themes, color, materials, styling and fit.
• Ability to execute according to seasonal calendars on a timely basis
• Can handle full set of product development process from sketch for sample development to complete products. Extensive knowledge in fitting and the development size specifications for the China market 
• Ability to collaborates with design, sales and other departments to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity
• At least 5 years or above working experience in women’s casual wear design with managerial experience
• Familiar with Freehand, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English including Mandarin
• Stationed in Guangdong
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
