Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily accounting operations and full set of accounts

• Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate account data
• Prepare payment, voucher, debit/credit note and general ledger
• Responsible for month-end closing activities and preparing monthly financial statements

• Maintain good accounting filing system

• Assist in audit and tax filing
• Maintain routine accounting operations and work with different departments for providing all-round accounting support
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment and projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, LCCI third level or equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years relevant accounting experience in trading / FMCG company
• Good organization skills and detail minded
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
• Commit to meet tight deadline and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and well versed in Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
