Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To handle clinics, clients and customer’s enquiries
  • To handle reception and clinical administration tasks
  • Provide support to Centre In Charge and various ad-hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Relevant experience in Customer Service is preferable
  • Responsible, self-motivated and customer oriented
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Fluent Cantonese, capable of verbal Mandarin & English will be an advantage.
  • Good PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and etc.
  • Work Location: Jordan
