Job Description
Duties:
Call handling including logging, provide technical support/answer clients enquiries, liaison with service partners & other administrative task assigned by his/her supervisor.
Requirement:
Having computer knowledge
- Better communication skill for answering customer query ( software operational support, training will be provided locally )
- Mainly stay in DN call centre and rare chance to go out for service call
- 2 years contract at least & subject to extend
- Working hour: 50 hours per week on shift basis
- Immediate available
Working Hours : 50 hours per week on shift basis
Shifting : 8am – 5:15pm, 9am – 6:15pm, 10am – 7:15pm, 1:30pm – 10:45pm
Salary offered: HK$ 11,000 – 12,000
Working Location : Kwai Chung
