Job Description
Duties:-
- Responsible for A/R, A/P and Petty Cash
- Debt collection to customers through email and phone daily
- Daily operation and data entry
- Prepare timely weekly and monthly reports
- Assist the Accounting Department operation
Requirements:-
- LCCI inter or above
- Solid experience on debt collection with various customers
- 5 years relevant experience or above
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience with ACCPAC v5.3A to process A/C payable, A/C receivable, general ledger is preferable
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Detail-minded and well-organized
- Fluent in Cantonese and English and good command of English in written is a must
