Responsibilities:

• Responsible for franchisee development in East China (e.g. Shanghai, Nanjing, Jiangsu etc), including the development of potential franchisees, market development and maintenance good relationship with franchisees.
• Assist the Group to formulate and execute the strategic plan for the business development in the region
• Regular visits to the potential market, understand and examine the franchisee background to discuss the intention of cooperation
• Responsible for discussing cooperation agreement with franchisee, and strive to reduce franchisee additional requirements to ensure the company's profits, and follow up the cooperation agreement
• Assist franchisees to obtain the best business environment, including shop location, shop area tec, to meet the company decoration requirements for the company to maintain the brand image of the decoration
• Work closely with other functional departments to implement the company's development direction

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• With 10 years or above working experience in Fashion Retail Chain Store with at least 3 years’ experience in Franchisee development
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Self-motivated, responsible and mature
• Willing to Travel
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
