We are looking for a candidate with a background in commercial workplace / retail shops design and delivery to participate in an international design projects.  You are to be passionate and driven, and have excellent experience working with numerous clients and rolling out successful workplace projects. 

Job Description:

• To meet and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule
• To prepare preliminary plans fro initial meeting
• To co-ordinate the activities with internal project team, customers and building management authorities
• Strategic planning, participate in the full scope of design services

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience working within the workplace/corporate sector- Finance Office projects desirable or Retail shops design
• Degree in Interior Design
• Strong Design Skills
• Strength in Planning, team management and monitoring schedules and budgets
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Softwares and Revit
• Comfortable with client proposals and presentations
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a bonus
