Responsibilities: 

• Leading the property management team in handling daily management of the Group's mixed property portfolio, including commercial, luxury residential and hotel/serviced apartments
• Liaison with tenants in all matters related to property management, coordinate renovations, maintain good tenant relationship and handle enquiries and complaints
• Supervise estate management teams and work closely with the leasing team to provide a full range of services of the highest standards

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma Holder of Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with 3 years in managerial level gained in managing residential and commercial buildings
• Experience in handling portfolio management and hotel property management is an advantage
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-versed in MS Office is required
• Good team player with sound leadership, good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Manager
