Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining product and marketing strategies and features according to needs of different customer segments, with the ultimate objective to enhance profit contribution for consumer loans
• Assist in the formulation of acquisition & stimulation strategy for installment loan / revolving loans
• Assist in the development of new products and marketing campaigns according to market changes
• Assist in coordinating the related parties, including credit risk, operation and channels to ensure effective and timely implementation of planned initiatives
• Support the Product Development Manager and the team on driving the launch of consumer loans marketing programs or new product launch
• Responsible for program monitoring and post program evaluation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / financial / IT/ telecommunication institutions
• Able to work independently & meet tight time line
• Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, self-initiative, analytical and adaptive to the market change
