Key Responsibilities:

• Provide logistical and translation support to investigations conducted by Corporate Investigations Team

• Conduct anti bribery/fraud awareness training

• Maintain a schedule of bribery allegations and supplier response

• Prepare exit/warning letters, track delivery and progress

• Ensure suppliers provide evidence of their anti-bribery policy and training programme

• Prepare quarterly briefing to  Compliance Committee

• Complete investigative questionnaires, with factory managers and third party audit teams under the direction of Corporate Investigations

• Support implementation of the anti-bribery blue print

• Ensure effective roll out of supplier protector line in our supply base

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Ability to demonstrate the highest ethical standards

• Good knowledge of UK Bribery Act, rules of evidence and other relevant legislation

• Excellent written and conversation ability in English  

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin)

• Clean drivers licence (if any)

• Cultural awareness of  working in South China

• Background in investigations would be advantageous

• Flexible to travel
