Responsibilities :

• Provide full range of office administration support and ensure smooth office operation, include but not limited to office equipment, company car arrangement, insurance and purchases
• Develop, review and implement effective policy and procedures of office administration management
• Source reliable goods and service supply and drive cost saving initiative and optimize purchasing policy in office expenses
• Assist in overall property management 
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Business Administraion or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years' experience in HK/ PRC office administration field
• Familiar with HK/ PRC property markets
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications
