Responsibilities:

• Prepare Sales & Purchase Contract, relevant documents and reports
• Duties include sales coordination work, arrange re-export shipment and advise shipment schedule to customers
• Handle Full Set I/E Air /China Delivery/ Ocean shipping documents
• L/C & D/P Negotiation, TTR & Open A/C payment
• Trade Link I/E Declaration
• SAP input

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 5 or more years shipping experience on above payment conditions
• Good knowledge of shipping document and I/E procedures
• Good command and fluent in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC operation (knowledge of SAP an advantage)
• Hard working, able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available preferred
