JOB DUTIES

• Manage daily operation 
• Manage stocks and daily sales and staffs 
• Monitor foods quality and presentation 
• Promote different wines and foods to customers 
• Maintain business relationship with customers and suppliers 

EXPERIENCE

• IMMEDIATE AVAILBILITY 
• Min 5 years’ experience in Bar 
• Experience in managing Food & Wine operations will be an advantage 
• Good knowledge of Cocktails / Drinks 
• with cooking experience is preferable 
• Knowledge in Italian Wines and foods is preferable 
• Fluent in English is a MUST 
• Italian Language ability will be an advantage 
• Must have valid HKID or dependent visa
