Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for overall project budgeting, tendering, contract administration
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying or related disciplines
• Member of surveying professional institution preferable
• Solid knowledge in Hong Kong statutory regulations and legislations
• Over 10 years practical experience in Hong Kong large scale building projects gained in consultancy firm or property developers
• Strong management and communication skills
• Proficient both in written and spoken English and Chinese
