Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Assist to HR manager to implement full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll calculation, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management and Employee Relations etc.

Handle clerical tasks and provide general administrative support

Prepare regular HR statistical reports
-
Implement HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
-
Higher Diploma holder or above in HR Management or relevant disciplines
-
1 year experience in Human Resources, preferably in Hospitality / Catering industry

Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations & related legislations is advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing

Self-motivated, outgoing, innovative, independent and well-organized

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
