Duties:

• Perform all round accounting tasks including voucher and payment preparing, petty cash handling and document filing etc.
• Assist to prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Communicate with internal restaurants and external vendors for handling the accounting issues.
• Implement Accounting projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
• Handle clerical tasks and provide general support to the department

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in accounting or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in Accounting, preferably in Catering or Retailing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, working independently & well-organized
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Fresh university graduate in accounting will also be considered.
