Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact point with business units to provide one-stop human resources solutions to our frontline operations
- Perform HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support and daily operations
- Liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management review
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in HRM or related disciplines
- 2 years or above relevant HR experience
- Multi-tasking, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
