Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users on office software applications and Linux environment;
• Troubleshoot e-mail, printer and facsimile, software, hardware, networking and all other computer related issues;
• Manage company's software/hardware assets;
• Enhance system changes & configuration management continuously; and
• Conduct operating system and network security review to ensure compliance to security policies
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate or 2 years related working experience;
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, LAN, TCP/IP and network equipment operation and maintenance;
• Knowledge in programming/scripting is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
