Responsibilities:

1. Daily operation and management of the company.
2. Formulating and implementing long-term policy and annual strategic planning.
3. Creating and taking lead of business development teams with specific responsibility for selling,sourcing and development of textile service.
4. Establishing and managing an team to supervise the quality and efficiency.
5. Developing new suppliers and potential markets home and abroad to achieve multi-channel operations.
6. Expansion sourcing and supply chain to South Asian countries such as India, Vietnam and Indonesia .

Requirements: 

1. Degree holder of Business, Textiles Technology, Chemistry or related disciplines.
2. 8+ years solid sales/business development experience in textile products or garment industry.
3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Documented record of expertise in sales, operations, budgeting,forecasting and multi-channel distribution.
5. Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a can-do attitude.
7. Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
8. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
9: Can oversea trip frequently.
