Job Duties:

• Develop internal risk management framework and the risk management committee
• Support to implement new regulatory changes, including GN10 and CRS
• Support the agency to build and develop red-flag reports for early detection of agent misconduct
• Liaise with regulatory and law enforcement bodies with respect to complying with regulatory requirements and investigations
• Conduct impact analysis and recommend improvements with respect to new or changes in legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct internal investigation and audit checking for suspected infringement of internal regulations and regulatory requirements
• Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Law, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• 8 years or above relevant experience of regulatory, compliance and internal audit, preferably in insurance and banking industry  
• Knowledge of Hong Kong regulations (OCI, HKFI, SFC and MPFA) and compliance risk assessment
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
