Job Description

The incumbent assists his/her superior to manage the Human Resources and Office Administration operations of the Company.  The incumbent involves in managing & maintaining the system enhancement, such as Intranet, HR Payroll System – Wisetop, Orion System, etc.   He/She will also monitor and manage the recruitment co-ordination and on-boarding logistics.  He/she will also co-ordinate the staff social activities and handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • More than 4 years of HR generalist experiences in financial industry
  • Knowledge on Life and Non-Life Insurance business is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel/PowerPoint
