• To provide administrative  support to the service units and secretarial support to Managing Director
• To keep records and fillings
• To prepare timely reporting documents
• To prepare expenses reimbursement, marketing materials
• To update and maintain customer database, company website and social media
• Other as hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Can work under pressure
• Positive mind with good initative and willing to learn
• Fresh Graduates will also be considerate
