Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10+ years of working experience in trading / manufacturing companies with international toys brands for OEM / ODM plastics toys, electronics toys
• Project work or collaboration experience in product/mechanism design of drawing and engineering
• Strong technical skill with experience in costing and tooling
• Experience in manufacturing process and able to provide technical solution on production
• Coordinate with different teams of the factory to complete the projects on time and effectively
• To handle the consigned material, and special components sourcing and cost negotiation;
• To provide technical support and debug as needed on consigned materials;
• To monitor product development and analyze testing data to ensure that the product is functioning well as required;
• To monitor the schedule and provide on-site support from development to production;

• Familiar with US, Europe and other major int’l market’s toys quality and safety requirements, Knowledge in USA/Japan market and EN71 testing standard;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Familiar in AutoCAD & Pro-E ;
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime;

*   Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill

*   Station in our Dongguan factory is required.
