Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities in order to drive market shares and achieve sales target for the assigned brand(s)
• Lead the team to formulate category promotion planning, plan execution tracking and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain strategic partnership with key enterprises in the assigned regions
• Collaborate with cross-functions, including operations and other internal and external functions, on development and implementation of marketing programs
• Conduct analysis of marketing promotions and trade programs
• Promotion evaluation, budget control and forecasting for each brand/activities
• Analyze different data sources to identify category insights/opportunities and continuously improve investment efficiency
• Monitor budget and cost effectiveness to achieve company’s goal
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as instructed by senior management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or business related discipline
• 5 to 7 years’ relevant working experience with 3 years in supervisory/managerial level
• Experience in FMCG industry will be a definite advantage
• Familiar with current leading chain stores’ operation and category management
• Good insight and accurate comprehension of the industry, competition and market situation
• Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and business writing skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Creative, self-driven, result and customer-oriented
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Be willing to face new challenges and work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
