Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate, maintain and deepen contacts with potential IPO companies and listed companies to explore new investment opportunities.
• Assess the investment opportunities by conducting financial and valuation analysis and company/industry research
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC
• Monitor daily asset management business operations to ensure relevant rules and regulations are complied with
• Licensed Representative with relevant industry and management experience to apply for RO could also be considered.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in finance or related.
• Holder of SFC Type 4 and 9 licenses
• At least 2-3 years of experience in fund /PE (e.g. LP/ GP...) set up, familiar with relates parties such as fund admin...etc
• Detail-oriented mind-set with a strong presentation and communication skills and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
