Main Responsibilities:
-Perform agent bank role for global syndicated loan facilities and debt capital market instruments;
-Conduct KYC & FATCA checks and related checks on counterparties;
-Review and make comments on the documents.

Requirements:
-Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or Law;
-At least 2 year’s relevant experience in banking industry;
-Good understanding of cash-flow modeling or documentation would be a definite advantages;
-Good command of written and spoken English;
-Good typing skills and computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.;
-Attention to details, well organized, responsible and cooperative;
-Able to work under challenging deadlines.
