Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Key Account and Marketing Management to achieve overall business goals in HK and/or Macau markets
• Lead a team to plan and develop promotion plans for assigned key accounts
• Responsible for new product launch and meet specific target to ensure maximum distribution
• Work closely with Trade Marketing team in improving merchandising in total store
• Work with Customer Service team to provide efficient product supply and ensure smooth operation by implementing account planning tools
• Advise the Management and prepare reports data on market conditions, setting marketing and sales strategies, and on overall business development
• Review performance regularly and maintain good relationship with trade partners
• Monitor budget and cost effectiveness to achieve company’s goal
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as instructed by senior management

Requirements:

• University graduate with knowledge and good networking in FMCG industry
• 5-7 years successful consumer sales or marketing experience in the consumer products area, in which at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial level
• Solid sales experience in key account management handling supermarkets and convenience stores in FMCG industry, preferably in personal care sector
• Sales-oriented with good persistence to work under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in PC operations including MS Office
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
