• Develop, implement and monitor the use of various sales channels
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, hotel facilities and activities
• Maintain a good relationship with travel agents and operators of other distribution channels (E.g. OTAs, wholesalers, etc.)
• Actively pursue new accounts and maintain existing ones
• Develop and implement an innovative business strategy to maximise revenue and productivity
• Minimum 4 years of Hotel Sales experience in a five-star hotel, cross exposure in other fields is preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Stationed in Hong Kong
