Responsibilities:

• Provide general IT and other technical support for all departments
• Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Assist in IT-related projects (e-Commerce development, Website re-interface, ERP System customisation, technology solutions etc.)
• Oversee the daily performance of information systems
• Maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, server, printers, etc) and software
• Generate analytics reports to management

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or a related discipline an advantage
• Fundamental IT knowledge (MS Server, Windows Base OS and iOS)
• Strong analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
• Independent, flexible and is a good team player who can work under pressure and within tight schedule
