Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation in the retail shop
• Maximize sales target and find out the strategy for improving sales performance
• Maintain high standard of customer service standard and brand image
• Train up and motivate shop staff for providing the best service to customer
• Manage inventory system including POS system, stock-in record, monthly stock-taking, price tagging and price list
• Organize promotional events for the shop and brands
• 6-day work per week (10:30 to 20:30; 13:00 to 23:00)

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Organized, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Outgoing, energetic, presentable and enjoy engaging customers and team player
• At least 5-8 years’ experience in retail/food industry in which 2 years in solid shop management
• Less experience and qualification will be considered as Shop Supervisor
• Immediately available is preferred
• HK$15-18K/month
• Less experience will be considered as Shop Assistant
